Our Notary & Conveyance team comprises of 5 Private Notaries handling all kinds of notarizations and certifications required under the Macau Law. We provide full notarial and conveyancing assistance to sellers, buyers, banks and real estate agents. The head of this department is Zhao Lu.
The daily tasks of this department include preparing and executing promissory agreements, registrations of sale, purchase deeds and mortgages; registration of mortgages and other recordable Security Documents with the Macau Property or Commercial Registry Departments; notarizations, certification of documents; preparation and execution of Powers of Attorneys; Golden Visa applications and Tax forms filling.
A Macau document, to be used in mainland China, must be notarized by a China-Appointed Attesting Officer, appointed by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China. C&C Lawyers has such a qualified Attesting Officer and provides notarization for various types of documents.
